too good not to share...
I was reading a John C. Maxwell book, "The Difference Maker" on the flight home from Turkey this week, and one quote just is too good not to share. John actually quotes it from an Adidas ad in the February 16, 2004 issue of ESPN The Magazine:
“Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they’ve been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It’s an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It’s a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.”
That's definitely how I want to live my life - by faith! How 'bout you?

Well said! Good to have you & the better half home. The Gracie girl & I are headed to Dallas the week to Margie's house. I'm hoping there's NO SNOW in Texas. See you soon!
PS - thanks for sharing the good report in Turkey! That just stirs up something in me~
During a visit to Africa, actor Will Smith asked some African youth why they looked up to two deceased rap artists who died violently and at odds with each other. The youth responded, "They're impossible!" The youth told him that what the rap artists had accomplished in their careers and lives was impossible for anybody to accomplish. Will Smith said the youths' comments motivated him to be a positive role model. I think it would be hot if Christians were looked at as "impossible" because we're accomplishing what the natural mind cannot comprehend. May we be "impossible' for Jesus!
