too good not to pass along
Ever now and then I read something that's just too good not to pass along to others, and today's blog from Pastor Perry Noble of NewSpring Church was one of 'em. (I actually shared an elevator with Perry at a meeting last December, so does that qualify to call him 'my friend'?) If you're not acquainted, he's a young pastor doing an incredible work for God in Anderson, SC. At any rate, here's the post you gotta read and heed (CLCers, keep in mind: it applies to a lot more than just church planters!)

i am so glad i came to church Sat night. Somtimes i really love the atmosphere of Sat night services. i had such an awesome God experience all day Sat with the China meeting in the AM and church at 6. i just wanted to thank you for talking about tithing! i had my check all made out and ready to go when i came in and then i heard what you had to say about your blog and the comments (one of which was mine). i felt such confirmation that i was doing the right thing by giving my tithe even though it was a little scary making out the check. i just wanted to say thank you for being such a fearless speaker for God! its awesome!!! i couldnt feel more blessed about finding CLC. -DW
